Your tasks
- Development and implementation of state-of-the-art websites and web applications
- Collaborate with our design and marketing team to develop creative solutions
- Continuous optimization and updating of existing web projects
- Ensuring the user-friendliness and technical SEO optimization of all web projects
Your profile
- Completed studies in computer science or comparable training
- At least 2 years of professional experience in web development
- Very good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and common CMS such as WordPress
- Experience with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility
- Basic knowledge of SEO and online marketing is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented way of working
- Good knowledge of German and English

Online Marketing Manager full-time (m/f/d)
We are looking for a committed and strategically-minded Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join our team and help us develop our clients' online presence in a targeted manner.
Your tasks
- Conception, implementation and management of online marketing campaigns (SEO, SEA, social media, email marketing, etc.)
- Analysis of performance data and derivation of optimization measures
- Development of cross-channel strategies to increase reach and generate leads
- Close cooperation with our web development and design team to implement holistic marketing measures
- Maintenance and expansion of existing customer projects in digital marketing
- Monitoring market and competitive developments for the continuous further development of our services
Your profile
- Completed studies in marketing, communications, media or comparable training
- At least 2 years of professional experience in online marketing, ideally in an agency
- Confident in using common marketing tools (e.g. Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Business Manager, SEO tools such as Sistrix or Ahrefs)
- Experience in the development and implementation of digital strategies
- Basic knowledge of web technologies (e.g. CMS systems such as WordPress) is a plus
- Analytical thinking, creativity and a good feel for target groups
Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English

Internship Social Media Marketing (m/f/d)
Are you passionate about digital trends, creative content and social media is more than just a hobby for you?
We are looking for a motivated intern in the field of social media marketing who will actively support our team and contribute their own ideas.
Your tasks
- Support in the planning, creation and publication of social media content (especially Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Community management: interaction with followers, replying to comments and messages
- Participation in the development of creative campaigns and content ideas
- Research on current trends, hashtags and successful formats
- Support in monitoring success through monitoring & reporting (e.g. reach, engagement rates)
- Collaboration with our design and marketing team
Your profile
- Studies in marketing, communication, media or a comparable qualification (ongoing or completed)
- First points of contact with social media management or content creation (preferably privately or through your own projects)
- A feel for design, trends and target group-oriented communication
- Creativity, initiative and a structured way of working
- Good written and spoken German
- Bonus: Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite or Later
